My family and I had a great time at Paul’s place. Paul met us and explained the heating and other aspects of the house making sure we were well settled in. The place was clean and well furnished with everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will stay again

部屋が広く綺麗で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。暖房設備も充実してたので、2月の寒い冬でも暖かく過ごせました。 スキー場にも近くアクセスもしやすかったです。 チェックイン時間など、柔軟に対応いただきありがとうございました。また利用したいです。

Can’t recommend this place and Paul enough. This is a little gem for your family and friends that will have you coming back again and again. The house is so comfortable, clean, spacious, well conceived, and is great value. It more than exceeds the description and photos. Most importantly is the extra attention Paul gave us, what a wonderful host. Japan can be a challenge for English speakers, born and raised in Japan Paul helped us navigate the local terrain, renting ski equipment, rental car, local restaurants, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Anyone who is slightly intimidated to try Japan and this area on their own should look no further, just contact Paul and you’ll be in very good hands. We will definitely come back. Although one of the first to book the Villa, Paul was an amazing host, very accommodating and his communication was clear allowing me to arrive and settle in smoothly. The property was clean, comfortable and the floor heating was a plus for sure! Stayed very warm! The Villa, being on a large plot of land back away from the road, gave me the privacy desired and a sense of being in the middle of nature. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and will be returning to visit again. It is a wonderful place, and I would love to visit again in summertime.
