We commit to provide you with modernist facilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, etc. ## PERFECT LOCATION Our apartment is located in the heart of city and just take you a few mins to walk to all famous attractions (Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien Walking Street, Fan Wu Lao Street, Nguyen Hue Boulevard, Dragon Wharf, Municipal Theater, Ho Chi Minh President Statue…). To be surrounded well-known local bistro and restaurants and especially famous night food street, we are confident to say there is no place better than ours for you to discover and enjoy a local culinary culture. The apartment is on the high floor of a luxurious residence building which is designed with a sense of elegance, luxury and high class and by smartly utilizing a prime rivergate location of Saigon river, the building is always filled by fresh cool air and natural light. It is promised to give you the feeling of staying in a five-star hotel and will be a fantastic poetic shelter for couples or young families to hide from this bustling city.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and the shower was good too. However, it wasn’t easy to get into. The self check-in instructions do say to go to Office B but the address is to Residence Lobby B so if you arrive there, you’re in the wrong place. Once you get to the Office B block, the keycard is in a letter box but you can’t get into this building without a keycard! We got lost but Thuy was very responsive and sent someone to guide us. Before booking, we sent a message to confirm we’d have access to the pool as shown in the listing photos. When we arrived, we were told that we could only access the pool at Rivergate - a few minutes walk away. The listing clearly says in-building pool access is available for stays more than 10 days (we stayed longer) so it was very frustrating to discover this was inaccurate, particularly when we specifically confirmed before we booked.
Decent Studio for a business trip stay. Located on 1st floor. Karaoke on the nearby alley was too loud from 6 p.m. till midnight.

A: You can buy it at the airport in Vietnam or have me buy it for you, COD, ~10$.
