The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and have plenty of seating for the family. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed perfect for kids or additional guests. From the comfortable open living room, step out onto the private balcony and soak in the mesmerizing views of the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while breathing in the ocean breeze. Our condo provides beach chairs and umbrellas, so you can make the most of your beach days. Rental was exactly as advertised. The beach access, though not on-site, wasn’t terribly far and construction noise was not an issue. Location was good. Definitely go to go pizza, very good pizza. Condo was clean and comfortable. It will be nice when construction is finished. Entry was a little confusing as the lobby is closed, need to use the stair doors which are not marked. Other residents helped us on this.

Perfect location and layout for our couples trip to Cocoa Beach area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Appreciated the beach gear. Definitely recommend.

The lock is pink. Just say the lock is pink instead of making people go through a string of locks that are in numerical order and yours isn't - it's way at the end. It took 15 mins. to find the lock. The floors were filthy. Spent Sunday and Monday dealing with that. Yaaay, Tuesday - 1st beach day - NOPE! Seagull Park beach access closed because of construction. That WAS the 800 ft. access that was promised. The closest beach access was 6/10ths of a mile away. Nobody's dragging their beach stuff that far. When we complained to management for a refund, we were told they "Had no control over the City's construction". While that is TRUE, they do have control over their advertising and knowing the city's schedule for construction, it's been going on for 2 years. We drove 1400 miles to stay in a beachfront condo with no beachfront. We are being refunded 30% of our "affected" nights (not received yet). 90% of the reason we rented was to go to the beach!!! NOT fair, NOT happy.
