At Seabreeze, all you need to do is show up and we will take care of the rest. The house is located across the street from Long Island Sound with direct beach access and close proximity to a number of local restaurants, the boardwalk and Bradley Point. The unit is located on the main level with handicap accessibility which has a handicap ramp and shower. Includes a full kitchen, dining area for 6, large living room and game area overlooking Long Island Sound. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out twin in the living room. Plenty of closet space with dressers. The kings beds can be split to singles. You have the option of either 2 kings, 1 king and 2 singles and or 4 singles with the additional pull out in living room. Sleeping arrangements for a total of 5! Additionally a pack and play is available for your little ones. This is a great set up for a girls weekend, A Yale football game, college graduations, sports camps or some family fun. Full wrap around porch with dining area, fire pit, grill and sitting area for morning coffee. What a view! We have provided you with coffee, creamers and sugar. A bar cart which can be rolled into different areas for entertaining and what would a firepit be without smores! A basket of amenities in case you have forgotten something. Beach equipment include a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and umbrella. Upon making reservation, please let us know your preference in bed set up.
