The one room apartments can accommodate up to four people and are equipped with a double- or a lofbed, TV, comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into another double bed and a dining table. The integrated kitchenette has 2 induction hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. On your arrival we provide you with free coffee, tea and water.

genius layout for such a small apartment. props to host for being creative
The house is super clean and the location is walking distance to the train station. Althought the size of the house is quite small, but still can accommodate up to 5 person. All the basic amenities are provided. and you will be worry free. Surely i will book again this house in the future whenever i come to visit Munich again.
Super Apartment, alles sauber und toll eingerichtet. Check-In lief problemlos, bei Fragen kam die Antwort sehr schnell.

The neighborhood with its many green spaces offers a variety of stores, restaurants and cafés and is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport, with the main train station or Marienplatz just 20 minutes away.
You can reach the Underground St.-Martins-Platz and the S-Bahn Station St.-Martins-Straße in 10 minutes by foot.
