Pros: 1. Very Well maintained property. lawn is beautiful 2. Neat and clean place. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice 3. Close to the city to drive down for anything needed. 4. Very good host. The owner was reachable at all times. Though we got very late to reach due to heavy year end traffic, they waited for us patiently. Everything was kept ready. 5. Caretaker arranged for milk, coffee powder and other things when asked Cons: 1. Though we had taken all the 3 rooms of the villa, we didn't have the keys for the rooms individually or for the villa. Repeatedly asked the caretaker but we were told there is only 1 key. 2. We were asked to leave the back door unlocked and the caretaker would just walk in to the house at any time from the back door without even knocking on the door. 3. The food served/Arranged is priced high. Not worth the money. Since property is closer to the city , it is preferable to have from outside. 4. Suitable only if you travel in your own vehicle.
