Great place with a beautiful view. Use the google map directions, apple maps is not accurate. No beach access from home but it is close by.

The site location is beautiful steps to the beach. The place is great but due that the floors and walls are made of wood, you can hear people conversations on the surrounding villas. We try to contact Villa Picuas via phone call and text message for help on issues like internet, microwave and garbage bags, since the first day, but no response. We had an inconvenient situation with our pets that affected the cleaning lady, on our day before leaving, and then we receive an txt message from Villa Picuas about the pet issue, but not about the missing items. Villa Picuas also ask additional $ for the pets situation. We apologize to the cleaning lady for the situation and leave the site the day before check out. I understand that the requested additional money will be given to the cleaning lady. The responsive time for help from Villa Picuas on items we need was poor. Beautiful place, but try to improve the response time and sound issues!
