I stayed for 3 nights with my mid 20s adult children & their spouses I will start by saying the property is extremely private, unique & wonderful in a lot of ways Communication was choppy, slow with the house manager, so I did not feel overly confident When we located the property, Oakland let us into the gate and gave us a very brief tour, we did not see him again No breakfast as stated The property has several separate buildings for lodging, not all of them are shown in the listing. Also the photos did not represent several of the spaces well There was a lovely primary space that was renovated & comfortable, the family room was clean & inviting as well as the sugar mill lodging space was fine The other areas were in need of major repair, cleaning, updating and were not usable imo. Previous renters personal belongings are in each area, including the kitchen/fridge/freezer. We did enjoy the outdoor dining table I would suggest this for a small group until updated

This was the most "AMAZING" place ive ever stayed on air bnb 13,700 sqft property's on almost 3 acres of grounds built in the 1700s and so much history the views were absolutely breathtaking the place was super clean, secluded and very private we had sunrise coffee at the top of the old Mill in the morning and drinks at night, you can even see the planes land from the top they made us feel like we owned the place, everywhere was accessible the pool, the Sauna, the grounds, look no further if you want space, privacy, 360 degree views...
