The house was amazing! From the second you walked in, the views and the house were unbelievable! This was our first time on St. Thomas and staying here made the experience that much more memorable. Now for some pro tips...rent yourself a SUV to get there. It's on the north side of the island and 10-20 mins from all attractions. Use the west or east side of Route 33 to get there for the easiest drive. Stop by the house first prior to hitting grocery stores...when we arrived there were already non-perishable items at the house (garbage bags, laundry soap, some spices, etc) left by previous guests...so take inventory before shopping. Moe's Northside market is less than 1 mile from the place and has everything you would need. On your way to Moe's is Route 33 Bar and Grille which isn't on an search engine. They have decent pizza but their fish and chips along with shrimp taco's were amazing! We almost didn't need to leave the house to have an amazing time. Overall a must stay!

unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned and ready for new guests. Anthony was very quick to get a cleaning crew right out while we went to dinner. We had been warned that the neighbors would call the cops if we had loud music playing. It's a beautiful property and we stayed in on day 1 to relax and enjoy and had to deal with the neighbors yelling and harassing us all day. The music was NOT too loud at all. There's nothing Anthony could do about this but it's something all renters should know beforehand and clearly understand before renting. The road to the Villa and down to the beach (which is stunning!) is very rough, unpaved and washed away. You will be best advised to get a rental with 4wheel or you will constantly bottom out. Check out the beach early in your stay, it really is beautiful. We encountered a few problems during our stay but I will say Anthony was great and the property was beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Group of 10! We enjoyed all of the home. Great view! 3 bedrooms upstairs and a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs. It was perfect. Thank you Anthony for added transportation!!

This place is absolutely breath takin once you make it to the house. The taxis at the airport want an address but because we only had a GPS link, the taxi driver was irritated but he got us there safely. Beware that the roads near the house is basically nonexistent so prepare for an adventurous ride. Walking into the house was just like the pictures! Gorgeous! The only surprise was that 2 bedrooms and 1 living room was in a separate part of the house that required you to go outside to get to that part. My group of 12 just expected to be all together but it worked out fine. Once I was provided Anthony's phone number, communication flowed smoothly but not so much through Air Bnb messages. Anthony came to the house with great energy and was so helpful! He helped us with transportation to the grocery store w Lisa even though she was booked. We are so grateful Anthony and Lisa!! Thank yall! The house is modern and the views are worth the journey for sure! St. Thomas owes us nothing!
