Our recent stay at this Airbnb was a mix of highs and lows. The place itself was spectacular, offering breathtaking views and impeccable cleanliness. The host was exceptionally hospitable, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. However, transportation proved to be a significant challenge. Despite our efforts to arrange for cabs, security at the main entrance consistently refused entry, causing delays and frustrations, particularly given the steep hill we had to navigate with our luggage. Despite the host's intervention, including contacting security on our behalf, the issue persisted and nearly caused us to miss our flight on one occasion. While the beauty of the place and the hospitality of the host were undeniable highlights, prospective guests should be aware of this potential inconvenience and plan accordingly.

Le logement constitue une véritable opportunité et justifie pleinement son prix. Il est situé à l’écart de la foule, ce qui garantit un séjour au calme et permet de se reposer pleinement. Malgré cette tranquillité, il reste très accessible, avec des points de location de scooters et un Seven Eleven à seulement 3 minutes à pied. Notre séjour a été d’autant plus agréable que le logement correspondant exactement à la description de l’annonce et que le personnel est réactif en cas de besoin.

Unfortunately the villa wasn’t ready when we arrived as there was a communication issue with the resort and booking system. However the staff resolved this very promptly and sent the cleaning staff in quickly to make the beds up and get things ready whilst we went off to have a meal. We also had an issue with the effectiveness of the air conditioning in the two double bedrooms. We reported this and Mathieu was great in trying to get this resolved and sent maintenance personnel promptly and fans to use. Ultimately the issue is down to the design and location of the air con compressors. Mathieu has informed me they are going to get this resolved before next guests arrive. Mathieu did all he could to resolve the issues and also gave us some compensation so I couldn’t ask any more from him. Apart from the above the villa is fantastic and was perfect for our two family groups. The pool and views are spectacular. Would definitely stay again.
