We absolutely loved this booking, the flat was immaculately cleaned and very spacious. Hosts were very accommodating allowing us early access as we had refrigerated items. Very close to hustle and bustle that southend offers 3-4 minute walk which was perfect for our 1 night stay. Could benefit from curtains in the lounge and backroom we used these spaces as bedrooms but both the kids were woken very early as no way to restrict light. We will certainly rebook later in the summer

Nice play to stay in Southend for a small trip, close to the sea and transport links :)

Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Meer ist sehr angenehm. Allerdings ist die Straße insgesamt runtergekommen. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich ok, wenn auch billig und einfach eingerichtet. Leider war es hier und da nicht ganz sauber, die Spüle in der Küche nicht geputzt, der günstige Toilettendeckel sehr wackelig. Es gibt keine Nachttischlampen, keine Ablagen im Bad, keine Kleiderschränke und nicht ein einziges Bild an der Wand. Das wirkt dann alles eher lieblos. Im Bad ist keine Steckdose für den vorhandenen Föhn.

Really lovely, clean and modern flat which is *perfectly* located just a short walk away from the seafront. No complaints at all.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, the place was immaculate, spotless, easy to get to and the check in instructions were very clear. The hosts were extremely polite, responsive and welcoming! I'd thoroughly recommend staying here with friends, family or pets for a comfortable and cosy stay. To top it all off its incredibly affordable for amount of space, rooms and amenities there are! Definitely deserving of a 5* review
