Able to leave car on driveway and walk to high street and to seafront, all within easy distance. Seating/lounge area small. No proper sofa but small backless couch with cushions. 2 large beanbags also provided. Was adequate for us as we did not spend a lot of time indoors. However, a lovely place, nicely decorated. Would definitely return.

Very clean and charming flat, well located. The beds are super comfortable and Andrea will make sure you have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay in Southend!

Three of us stayed at Andrea's flat for four nights over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend and had a lovely , relaxing break while playing in the chess tournament at Southend Community college on Ambleside drive Andrea is a very friendly and responsive host and I would thoroughly recommend staying at her flat, though not over the Easter weekend please as we would all like to stay here again next year! The flat is very warm, clean and tidy with all the facilities that could be needed, and it is in a great location just off the high street for going out in the evenings to pubs and restaurants Thanks Andrea, looking forward to coming back again best wishes Bob, Richard and Richard
