This is a gem of a place! everything is modern, clean and beautiful and Ian is a very responsive host. Our only let down was the hot water. We checked before we came that there's plenty hot water, however, we could not fill a bath. For showers its enough but not plenty.

The apartment is nice and clean. The living room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. I appreciate that there was things like laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. The apartment is very close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Also easy walk to sea front.

a perfect and comfortable stay, close to everything Ian responds very quickly it was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, next door there is a restaurant,bar everything we needed was next by I loved it, I hope to come back again Ty

We loved our stay in this beautiful flat. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was great for us visiting friends in westcliffe. Easy to check in and good communication. Thank you
