Me and my partner had an amazing time staying at Eden for our anniversary. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The team were always available to answer any questions we had and were super helpful. The house was spotless and beautiful. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, it’s massive!! Thank you for an amazing stay. Would definitely be our go to for any future trips to Southend.

My stay was for my 30th birthday and absolutely perfect for me and my friends! The hot tub/pool is huge and great that you can play your music through it! The house itself was spotless, couldn’t fault the cleanliness at all. The property is about 10mins drive from the beach and amusements. You can walk to some local restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and helpful & provided great restaurant recommendations before our stay. Check in and out was easy with the lockbox. The only thing I would point out for light sleepers is the rooms are still quite bright in the mornings but nothing a sleep mask can’t fix. Also there were quite a few ants on the worktop closest to the conservatory but wasn’t a problem once we realised they were just coming through the conservatory and not to leave any food out that side. I’ve already recommended this stay to friends and family and I look forward to returning one day!

Amazing place host was so lovely when I checked in and showed me how to use the jacuzzi and everything the place was clean and looked exactly as described and I had a great stay

Amazing place to stay, will be looking to book there again. Easy to get to and close to Southend sea front. The pictures of the hot tub do not do it justice it was massive
