Perfect stay at this beautiful little holiday home. Everything you could possibly need for a staycation. We loved the balcony looking out to the sea and were super lucky with the sunshine! We absolutely loved it and would hugely recommend it!

Gorgeous first floor apartment, with balcony, stunning sea view, and off street parking. It had everything you could need for a short break and Maxine responded very quickly to a query that I had. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a break in Thorpe Bay / Southend.

What a fantastic place to stay, it’s a great location and the place is clean and tidy and well looked after. The highlight for me was being able to sit and watch was going on along the sea wall and watching dogs and kids and their families. Easy access to all parts of Southend and fantastic restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Vanessa

Highly recommended Mark and Maxine’s place, the view across the Estuary is uninterrupted and the flat has a really high end feel to it. There is parking at the back of the flat which is a bonus, and the area felt safe, and close to Southend attractions. There were thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and breakfast supplies, and chocolates by the bed. Would definitely rent here again.
