Flat in a good area of Southend with the city centre and the sea front and Pier in easy reach. Lots to do around with access to bars , restaurants and takeaways all close by. The flat has two comfortable bedrooms as listed with comfortable beds. The kitchen has most things you would need including kettle, mugs, microwave etc. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath. Wifi works and lots of televisions. We didn’t use the back garden area as the weather was poor however it needs a bit of work on it to make it user friendly and wasn’t in its best shape when we visited. The parking area is very useful as the local roads have permit restrictions. Mark is easy to get hold of and responds quickly. Many thanks Mark
