Great place, clean roomy, comfy bed Close to the seafront

This is a first for me. I use Airbnb very regularly and have never written a negative review before. We booked this stay last minute to be close to family after a family bereavement. We were told we could register 2 cars and then at the last minute were told only one, meaning we had to pay or walk a long way. The instructions said to be sure to park in the “right zone” to avoid a parking ticket. It was unclear what the right zone was and the host didn’t respond for 25 hours to questions. We reported a completely blocked sink in the bathroom as soon as we checked in and had no response for over 48 hours, despite complaints to Airbnb. The check in instructions were unclear. More than one code was sent (I still have no idea what one of them was for). The flat is in a great location and is a great size. But the WiFi is unusable, the TVs don’t work and the host is unresponsive. Definitely not worth the money.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Just missing a couple of basics such as any hand soap and a tea towel.

I loved this apartment. Location was brilliant, price was well worth it. The host was great with excellent communication. If I could buy this property, I would. High ceilings, big windows, I will book again for sure.
