Catalina's place was very well-appointed, comfortable, and clean! There were many thoughtful touches, like having some snacks available on arrival and also eclipse glasses since we were in town for the eclipse. The instructions for checking in and out were very clear, so it truly felt like we had an easy and convenient home base for our stay. It was great that there was a water cooler too. We had a very comfortable stay!

The inside of the Airbnb is very peaceful, nice and elegant. The entrance is in a dark alleyway. The major issue that my family and I had was the alley neighbor and dog (who is 10 ft from you, behind a 3ft chicken wire fence). She yelled and threatened us as we left the place (8:15pm) for dinner, & upon arrival (9:30pm). This was a huge safety concern that we were not aware of until you arrive and are stuck staying there. It is a shame that this happened because the place itself is very calming and nice. We will never stay there again.

Place was well laid out and very clean. Directions and instructions were clear and helpful. The only slight negative was that parking was tight for two vehicles if one of the vehicles is a large truck.

My friends and I went to Fredericksburg for a girls weekend and really enjoyed this cozy little bungalow. It was super cute and easy to find. Close to Main Street and a lot of the restaurants. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful and gave a list of recommendations for several restaurants and things to do around town. Would definitely stay here again.
