Lyne's place was exactly what we were looking for as my wife and I were visiting family for a college graduation nearby. The space was very clean with some new appliances and plenty of street parking available. Thanks Lyne!

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen more than adequate. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water to the shower. The kitchen sink took longer to get hot water and had a lower pressure so washing dishes was a harder. Comfortable bed and plenty of TV options. The private entry fit my late night schedule. The neighborhood is near shopping and major roads but was still quiet with the windows open. Parking on the street is a pain but very common around Long Island. Definitely would recommend for an extended stay.

This was my and my wife's very first Airbnb ever and we're questioning what took us so long! Lyne was absolutely awesome in her proactive communication, attention and replies. Our stay couldn't have been better and we'll absolutely stay again. The apartment has a very comfortable home feel, is well decorated and modern along with a 65" TV in the living room. We were visiting our daughter who's a student at Long Island University and lives only a few minutes from Lyne's location, so this is a super place for parents visiting their children at LIU. The neighborhood is located in a very quiet area but close to anything you'd need. Thank you, Lyne for making this such a great visit for us ~ Dan & Sheryl
