great hosts with excellent communication that are very helpful and friendly staff (housekeeping). The location is central, away from the clubs but steps from the beach. The unit faces a busy plaza, so there is plenty of street-level noise (day and night) and live music - as expected in this area. the balcony is large as is the space. The kitchen is stocked and includes almost everything for amenities. One of the better Airbnbs I've stayed at.

Perfect condo. This condo was absolutely beautiful. Had everything we needed..right across from the beach. Coffee shop next door. I can’t say enough about Luis!!! He assisted in setting transportation. He recommend a chef that came in to cook for us. He even did a little shopping before arrived. We will definitely stay here again. This place will make you fall in love with Puerto Vallarta

Stayed in Luis' place as a family of 4. We loved the location across from a beautiful plaza and the ability to walk to explore the area. We found countless incredible restaurants & street tacos and enjoyed the beach within a 5 minute (with kids) walk. The staff in the building were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very much at home. Luis was also very communicative and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. We would gladly return to stay again in the future. The main bedroom faced the plaza, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to be aware that the excellent location might have some evening noise. This was not problematic for us, and my children slept soundly without complaint in the other bedroom (that faced the inside of the building). Also, we didnt expect to use the balcony as much as we did. I will say it (along with the art in the house) was one of my favorite features. Book & enjoy all that ZR has to offer!
