Paradise Beach House in South Sound, George Town Paradise Beach House is a beautiful vacation rental property located in South Sound, George Town, Grand Cayman. Please note the "Resort Fee" is the Government Tourist Tax that is charged to all international guests staying in the Cayman Islands. Welcome to Paradise Beach House in South Sound, George Town. Paradise Beach House is spacious and pristine 2 story house with its own terrace and private beach. The ground floor is a large open plan layout with a large well equipped kitchen, huge dining area and comfortable lounge area for upto 9 guests. Paradise Beach House is a beautiful, well appointed water/beach front property located on South Church Street with powdery white sandy beach surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Paradise Beach House is a fantastic vacation destination for families. The Paradise Beach House living room has all new furniture including a 52' flat panel HDTV equipped with cable premium channels and high speed wifi. Enjoy dinner either inside on the 12 seater dining table or opt for upscale casual dining patio terrace area with it’s own rustic bar and serene beach and ocean view. Our patio doors are extra wide and collapse into 3 sections so you can enjoy the Caribbean breezes while inside. Paradise Beach House has a custom designed kitchen with upscale cabinets, granite counter tops with an under mount sink and a special over sized island counter top and breakfast bar. All appliances are state of the art stainless steel and we provide fullsize washer and dryer for your convenience. Paradise Beach House has 3 very spacious bedrooms upstairs with a luxury memory foam King Size beds in the master bedroom and bedroom two, with two single beds in bedroom 3. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with dressers, huge walk in wardrobe and bubble Jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer on the ground floor as well as a downstairs bathroom. The terrace has a rustic bar as well as a charcoal BBQ grill, outside lounge furniture and parasol to give additional shade. The Paradise Beach House is only 10 minutes from the centre of George Town where shopping, souvenirs and great dining options await.

The house was great. Everything was as pictured & Alice was responsive, friendly, and helpful.
We stayed at Kate’s place for 5 nights. The private beach, kayak, and outdoor patio was the highlight. The house was sparkling clean and well decorated - we felt right at home. Definitely recommend the place for your stay in Grand Cayman
Lovely 3 bedroom home right on the water. Peaceful area and just a short drive to Smith’s Cove, our favorite snorkeling spot. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The host was kind enough to help arrange delivery of some baby items that we rented through another company on the island prior to our checkin. Our toddler loved playing on the beach every day and swimming in the calm water. There was a decent amount of seaweed as this is a natural beach, but it didn’t bother us. There were a few things that I thought could be improved - availability of amenities like dishwasher pods, extra paper towels, and a broken upper rack on the dishwasher. Nothing that ruined our stay, but I still expect those amenities and no broken items when paying this much for a rental. The property is very close to grocery stores, Georgetown restaurants, Seven Mile Beach and everything else you would need. It was a great home base for exploring the island!
We loved our stay at Katie and Nick's place. The communication before and during the trip was wonderful. The house was exactly what we expected and perfect. We were a little disappointed that the cocoon piece of furniture wasn't outside like in the picture. My son was excited to spend a night sleeping under the stars in it. We were also expecting the use of two double seated kayaks, possibly even three. They were kind enough to let us use the neighbor's one seater and stand up paddle board. We were still only able to get three out of our six guests out in the water at the same time. We are water rats and would have loved to all be able to go out to the shipwreck at the same time. Aside from a few small hiccups, it was a great trip!

There are amenities close by (within 2-5 minute drive) but the roads and conditions are not really suited to walking - there are sometimes not pavements and it is very hot to walk. Please rent a car and you will have access to close by amenities and can also visit all areas of the island - all are not to miss experiences!
There are public busses but they are not frequent - details are in the house manual.
Gas/Petrol – the nearest station is on Walkers Road.
Quick Groceries & Household Items - There is a very convenient small grocery/convenience store on Walker’s Road in the complex before the gas station called SHOP RIGHT.
Supermarket / Groceries: There is a full supermarket/store less than 10 minute drive in a complex called Grand Harbour Shopping Centre – the store is called HURLEY’S. This is located at the top of South Sound Road beyond a large round about junction on the corner of Shamrock Road and Crewe Road. You can also get precooked food as well as hot food / salad bar here. There is also a pharmacy in this complex.

• Allora – Italian Café - From early-morning breakfast pastries to dinner-time pizza and wine, Allora is your one-stop shop for authentic Italian cuisine."
Sunset House:
An old time favourite for visitors, locals, divers and all – a MUST visit for all our guests, relaxed bar and food in a casual dive-bar atmosphere by the water. Great for a rum punch! South Church Street. Walk in suitable. Also excellent Indian restaurant and menu available!
Grand Old House:
Excellent fine dining restaurant, cocktail and wine bar in Cayman’s oldest Planation House – stunning seaside deck setting – great for sunset dining. Excellent food. Not to miss! South Church Street. Bookings recommended.
Coffee and Waffle! - For the early risers there is also a coffee and waffle shack at the corner of Walkers Road and South Sound Road for excellent fresh morning coffee and waffles
