Very clean and just as described. While I am still giving 5 stars because what ruined this place for me was out of the owners control and that is that this building is poorly built despite looking like a modern, luxury building and you have to suffer hearing the booming echos from the neighbors above who are always home. I couldn’t have a relaxing moment because I am very sound sensitive and the constant, intense booms from above were unbearable. Note I didn’t bother contacting the owner as I always get a that’s just part of apartment living response but it is one of my biggest pet peeves and want to flag for anyone else who is sound sensitive so they don’t lose money paying to have to endure that. Otherwise, very clean, has everything you need to cook, clean, and live comfortably. Comms are very robotic and don’t expect flexibility with check in or out.

Great stay! Jonathan’s place was very convenient and has great amenities. I really appreciated the secure parking, gym, and washer/dryer in the unit. Jonathan was responsive and friendly. Great base to visit our daughter at USC.

Jonathan's apartment was very spacious and clean! It was easy to make myself at home. The only thing I would suggest is to bring spices and oil for cooking, other than that everything you need is available there! Even an in-unit laundry :) The balcony was very nice during the sunny days as well, and the neighbors were friendly.
