Home has an excellent ocean view, and you step out of the property, and within a few steps it will be the beach. You will also be able to have a nice family time, you have a Gas Bbq Grill for dinner. Near services (Boutiques, Restaurants at The Grand Mayan Palace) Near House, is Mayan Palace Hotels and Facilities, you will find a lot of activities there, such as pools, lazy river, Restaurants, bar, mini shop, golf course. Home has an excellent ocean view, and you step out of the property, and within a few steps it will be the beach. You will also be able to have a nice family time, you have a Gas Bbq Grill for dinner. This is a brand new house for getaway and relax. Please note this is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any substance is allowed in or around the property. Eco-Fun occasionally comes out to the beach to offer banana boat rides, etc. they take USD and a reputable company. There are ladies in white coats offering massages, take advantage of their service. What better way than getting a massage on the beach!! In process of right location close to the Mayan Palace with access to the Resort during your stay!!

Would have given 5 stars if all the amenities worked. Hot Tub had no water. Fireplace did not have the gas key so it could not be turned on. No hot water in one of the bedrooms bathroom. Contacted the host and they said they would send someone out but never did. There was a concrete smell, but it is a concrete house so that is somewhat expected. The house was absolutely beautiful otherwise. The location was perfect. Private beach with plenty of shells to pick. Beautiful extra large rooftop deck. Quiet and peaceful all the way around. Access to the resort worked without issue. Overall a great vacation after working around the issues with the amenities. Would stay here again after making sure all the amenities will be in working order.
Place was nice right in front of the beach my problem was that it smelled like cement a lot and one of the rooms didn’t have hot water
This home was absolutely beautiful. Better than the pictures. The view was breathtaking. They had everything we needed. Very safe location. Loved how hot water never ran out throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back.
The Home is absolutely beautiful. I love that each bedroom is a master bedroom. The house is equipped with everything you need; to be on the safe side I would bring extra toilet paper. The next thing I would recommend is doing your research before you book. Our family was unaware that there is a water shortage and the house has limited water. Although, it says it in the manual, as you walk into the house, we were unaware that we would not have enough water to last one day. The host was responsible and very helpful in providing us with water. Other than this, the house is beautiful, the beach is pleasant and the wristbands to the Maya Palace were great! Definitely would book here again.
I fell in love with this house, is perfect it looks more beautiful in person then in pictures. Neighborhood is so peaceful beach view is pretty. Is 25 minutes away from Pto Peñasco.
