Our guest suite w/ private entrance is nestled in one of Oakland’s best neighborhoods & offers the perfect retreat for your short-term stay! The location is perfect for travelers looking to explore both San Francisco and Oakland, with free and safe street parking, easy access to public transportation, and plenty to see within walking distance. In less than a 5 min drive, you’ll be able to check out many restaurants and sights beloved by the community. The guest suite is on the lower level of our home w/ a walkout to our private backyard full of mature fruit trees (enjoy as much as you'd like!). The suite features a private bedroom, fully stocked bathroom, spacious living room, kitchenette w/ bistro table, and a standing desk/work area. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and a bathroom stocked with necessities and toiletries. The living room has a very comfortable and large sectional sofa, which converts into an additional queen bed. There's also a flat-screen TV (w/ Netflix) and a soundbar. (It's a great place to have a movie night!) Our home is in the Glenview neighborhood, which neighbors the famous Trestle Glen and Dimond districts. It's central to many trails, parks, and staple restaurants in Oakland. We have plenty of recommendations for what to do & where to go in the area!
