Corner Cottage is a cosy Cornish cottage with a modern coastal style. It makes a lovely space for a family of 4 providing 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining area and a rear car park. The cottage is near the coast and the beach is just a 15 minutes walk away. The picturesque harbour town Fowey can be reached in 10 minutes as well as the fantastic Eden Project nearby. Corner cottage is perfectly located to reach all Cornwall attractions! Cosy stylish cottage with modern skandi vibes. Fully fitted kitchen. Parking in front of the property. Great wifi. Lovely work space. Stylish bathroom with towel radiator. Large bright and friendly master bedroom. The bunk bedroom is small but cosy. Please be aware this is a shortly bunk bed and will only suit children.

As a family of four with two boys age 7, we spent a short holiday in Cornwall and stayed at Corner Cottage. This was our very first visit to Cornwall and we all were very excited about our holiday. It was quite a last minute booking, so I was happy to find a place close enough to everything we planned to visit. The booking and communication with Myriam was excellent. The cottage was outstandingly clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds, warm and cosy, high standard decoration. It's a charming place. However, the neighbourhood wasn't pleasant, very crowded and neglected. This was a bit of disappointment and next time I will definitely do more research before booking. The cottage is very tiny, so it's not ideal with two active boys, even though we spent a lot of time outside. I would highly recommend for couples who are visiting Cornwall and are looking for a clean and cosy space to stay while travelling around most of the days with a tiny car.
Notre séjour chez Myriam s'est très bien passé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement bien décoré, très agréable et plus grand que ce qu'il paraissait sur les photos ! La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie très confortable. La maison se situe dans un quartier calme, à l'écart de la ville, et il est facile de se rendre à Fowey (très sympa) ou même au supermarché et à la plage à pieds. Nous avons trouvé à chaque fois de la place dans la rue juste devant la maison, les anglais ayant pour habitude de se garer sur le bord de la route. En bref, nous recommandons ce logement!
Lovely home and tastefully decorated with all the home comforts you would need. We felt like a special we had a special holiday with thanks to the house and great host. If you are looking for a quiet village within a short drive to local attractions including the brilliant Eden project, then stay here!

Corner Cottage is centrally located in a lovely Cornish village. Tywardreath has a lovely community and the pub, church, butcher and village shop are only around the corner from the cottage. Par beach can be reached in walking distance. Within minutes you can get to the lovely harbour town Fowey. Polkerris is a great beach with 2 restaurants directly by the beach. Children can harbour jump if the tide is right. The southwest coastal path can be reached within 10 minutes from the cottage! The cottage is conveniently located to reach all Cornwall attractions.
A car park is at the rear of the property with rear entrance and sensor light for the evening. Tywardreath is a small village and easy to get around. Supermarkets can be found in St. Austell such as Asda, Tesco & Aldi. 2 Coops can be found in Par. The village shop sells a good range of basic essentials.

Hi, I'm Myriam. I was born and raised in Germany by hotelier parents. My sister and I grew up in hotels and alongside our parents busy schedules. I met my husband Will in Germany and I happily moved to England in 2008. We live in Cornwall with our two children Arthur and Lorna.
