However, during Habagat season, the water activities are on the other side of Boracay, and a 5-minute e-trike ride is required to get to them. ★ D Mall is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer not to walk, E-Trikes and Habal Habal are available for rides that take less than 5 minutes. ★ Cagban Port is only 8 minutes away. GOOD TO KNOW ★ CLEANING: Housekeeping services are available for PHP1,000/clean. This includes changing a new set of sheets and towels. ★ LAUNDRY: If you need to have your clothes laundered, my housekeeper can help you bring them to the nearest laundry shop. Please note that we don't have any control over how long it will take to wash your clothes, as it usually takes 12-24 hours depending on how busy the laundry shop is. ★ BED CONFIGURATION: 2 Full Size Bed + SOFA Bed ★ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that there might be ongoing renovations in some apartment units during your stay. Martin and co-host Jema were really great. The location is right on the beach and walkable to the town center market. The house is very clean, with new appliances and amenities and everything works as it should. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Boracay!
The place really has a homey vibe. Very accessible to the white beach. We got all we need. I love that aside from the bath towels, they also provided beach towels — perfect because we forgot to bring our own panlatag. All sheets, blankets, & pillows are soft and clean — free of bugs/insects. The AC is super cold. Fast wifi as well. All electronics are working well. The hosts and ate Jhema are very responsive and hands on. Thank you! We will be back again. 🤍
Martin’s place was lovely, the space was more than enough for a few days stay with 3 people. Ate Jemma was very accommodating and no request was too much for her

Thank you, Martin. Your place feels like home. Best part is it's just near to the beach, convenient when buying daily necessities as there are convenient stores nearby. Plus, Ate Jema - the caretaker, is always available. Always ready to assist! And the tied-up contact for airport to accommodation transfers is the best! Val was so helpful and resourceful. Thanks to her our transfers were smooth and easy, that's with 2 kids and 2 PWDs. Thank you again! Best deal! 🥰
