The space features an Open Concept Living & Dining Room, great for entertaining!!! *-The Kitchen is Fully equipped with Fridge, Electric Oven, Electric Range and Dishwasher. Toaster, drip coffee maker, cookware and tableware. *-Super Comfortable Living area with Smart TV (55"). *-The Master Bedroom is nicely decorated with its own private bathroom with great closet space. There is a Queen size bed and a Smart TV (40"). *-The second bedroom has a full size bed, its own bathroom and a Smart TV (40"). *-There is a sofa bed in the living room (full size). *-Nice small balcony. *-There is a Washer & Dryer in the laundry area. *-Internet connection available at 150mbps. *-The master bedroom and living room TV have access to cabo internet TV, and also there is WIFI and Smart TVs so you can use your Netflix or other streaming services! *-This condo is a ground floor condo and the entrance is located on the entry floor, there are no stairs to enter. *-Housekeeping is available at $50 USD per day (no minimum of days required). *-There is no BBQ grill in the condo, but there our guests can use the BBQ grill in the pool area (advance reservations are needed and there is a cleaning fee to be paid). *-Mavila is a community under construction during 2023 and 2024, so please know there may be construction noise from Monday-Friday (between 9a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9a.m. and 1p.m.). *-The Swimming Pool at Mavila is not heated, but you have access to visit Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach with 6 heated swimming pools. *-We don't provide salt/pepper, condiments, oils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee, sugar, etc. *-The Mavila Community has a shuttle traveling between the Jacarandas gate to the Via de Lerry gate, stopping at the following intermediate points: (Jacarandas Gate, Mavila, Copala, Coronado, Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Hotel Lobby, Amakiri Botanical Garden, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Hotel Lobby, The Market, Montecristo, Vía de Lerry Gate. The vehicle has capacity for 11 passengers and operates 6 days a week (day off varies) starting at 10:00 a.m., the last service will be at 5:30 p.m., and the service will end at 6:00 p.m.. Reservations are required with the Quivira Concierge. **This service is provided by the Community's HOA and we do not control or are responsable for any changes, delays or unexpected situations caused by it. *-UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. *-TAXIS are available to be called but only accept cash payments. *-We strongly suggest RENTING A CAR to get around the easiest way. *-The Mavila Community does not have a GYM, but guest's staying at Mavila can access the Gym at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo by paying the entry fee of $20 USD.
