A substantial, spacious and traditional Bristol home, designed around family living - finished off to a superb standard throughout, boasting a wonderful, recently renovated private garden to enjoy during those warmer summer evenings with a cold drink or BBQ. Enjoying a prime position in walking distance to all of Bristol's most favoured amenities, this is a home not to be missed. Based over three floors, the home includes three versatile bedrooms to host the family, two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and multiple areas to unwind both inside and outside. Picton Street is right in the heart of the district, just off Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road, and within comfortable walking distance of the shopping district, University, Floating Harbour, Downs and everything else that Bristol has to offer. There are several independent shops, pubs and eateries within just yards of the front door. Two mini-marts stocking literally everything are just across the road and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll. The house was purchased in 2023 - the garden and downstairs area have been extensively renovated so we hope you enjoy what we think are some great improvements, as well as a taste of life in this incredible city.

A spacious house that is immacuately presented. Would happily stay again when next in Bristol.
Beautiful house and garden. parking is difficult in the area, but one just has to find a street with a meter somewhere. but it really is a fab, well thought out Airbnb. beds were super comfortable for us all, and the kitchen big and well equipped enough to cook roast dinners. would definitely recommend
A gorgeous townhouse with a modicum of decadence.
We had the most amazing stay in Thomas’ place in Bristol! The house was beautifully decorated and immediately became a perfect home from home for us- we never wanted to leave! It was exactly what we needed for a group of five friends- very spacious, perfect kitchen facilities that we used to cook every night and lots of lovely space to relax. Lots of independent, arty shops nearby and nice cafes and pubs on the doorstep too. Good location for the train station and city centre. Can’t recommend highly enough! The only small issue was that we struggled a bit with hot water for the bath and couldn’t always have a bath when we wanted due to it running cold but this wasn’t a major issue and I’m sure the hosts would have been happy to help if we had contacted them about this.
Great place to stay in convenient location. High quality finish, nice social space. One bedroom en suite, other two use main bathroom. Great farm shop a few doors down and awesome selections of places to eat near by. Parking can be a bit tricky.

Originally from Marlborough and Abergavenny, Tom and Abi recently moved back to the UK after 7 years in South East Asia. They chose Bristol as their family base because it is the most vibrant and culturally interesting place in the West of England, and almost exactly halfway between their respective parents. Tom and Abi’s work takes them away from Bristol for long periods of the year so the house is available to let for visitors to the city.
