Suzanne was an excellent host. We had everything we needed and more! She even left my fiancé a "happy birthday" note knowing why we were visiting. The cottage is larger than it looks in the pictures but still very cozy atmosphere. They provided plenty firewood for the firepit as well as popcorn and things to make smores. I wish we could have stayed longer! Overall, this is the best airbnb stay and host we have ever had. If you love being in nature but not too far from town, this is your place to stay.

My husband and I and my parents enjoyed our stay at Suzanne’s place. We rented this to be in town and to prepare food for our family’s Christmas party at another location. The kitchen appliances were very nice, although we did bring quite a few of our own cooking utensils since Suzanne let us know the kitchen was only basically stocked with utensils and cookware. We thought the place had very tasteful decorations and felt roomy inside. I enjoyed some of Suzanne’s vintage living room furniture because it had a lot of style, although my dad wished the sofa was a bit better for lounging. We also noticed that the steps leading to the front door were quite steep and difficult for my elderly grandmother to climb. Not much you can do about that other than be aware of it though. All in all, it was a pleasant stay!
