alhamdulillah Motaz was very responsive and gave great support before and at the time I stayed at the place. provided plenty of of info and videos to show if I needed anything.

Great apartment if you plan on walking to Haram. Our only problem was that the parking was being restricted in front of the building so we had nowhere to park the car nearby and the parking attendant was a very rude person. However the apartment is a walkable distance of under 15 mins to Haram (10 mins if not peak time). Apartment had most basic amenities and was relatively comfortable. There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains but I have realised that is the case for almost all apartments in Makkah.
