The Sanctuary in Jim Thorpe is a Sophisticated Victorian Townhouse, Circa 1881, located in this historical village. Relax, and enjoy this "LOVE" inspired room which offers a peaceful, calm, healing space. And when you are ready to venture out, you are steps away from all that Jim Thorpe has to offer. Food, entertainment, shops, breweries, wineries, nature, biking, hiking, boating, and good vibes. Also, Body, Mind, Spirit Healing Sessions are available with Grace by appointment. Inquire. THE SANCTUARY GUESTHOUSE is located in a very historical part of the town of Jim Thorpe. It was once the Rectory for the First Presbyterian church which is located a few doors away and is currently an art gallery. The Sanctuary still has it's vintage antique craftsmanship and sophisticated charm. Rooms are well appointed, private, peaceful, and comfortable. The Sanctuary is located steps away from all that the town of Jim Thorpe has to offer. In addition, FREE parking is available for our guests at a separate location in town; but you must have a guest parking pass which will be spplied by your host.

Having a parking permit in downtown JT is a highlight. Grace’s check in is very simple and her home is beautiful. The room is bigger than it looks in the photos, very spacious. Less than a minute walk to some of the best restaurants and shops in JT. Her home is also a great location to the Lehigh River access points, the Glen Onoko section of the Lehigh Gorge state park, Mauch Chunk lake, heart of the poconos… would love to return :) Thank you Grace!!
Grace's hospitality was outstanding. She clearly had our comfort in mind and went out of her way to meet our needs.
