Is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay, would definitely recommend to anyone else.
Had a couple of teething issues but the response from the property agent was fantastic and prompt.
A Beautiful place & very responsive hosts! Although the accommodation is in a unit, it's a great place to stay when in Ballarat.
There were double beds instead of queen-sized- I booked the house based on the description of "Queen beds". The fridge leaked water. In the folder about the property there was a heading "Air Conditioning" which described fans. That is not A/C. During three days, in the afternoon, the house was 27 C. No way of cooling it down. The light in one of the bedrooms near the kitchen made a buzzing noise. which meant the person in there couldn't sleep. It is a very expensive house to rent. Plus there is an empty field across the fence which is being dug up at 7 am in the morning.
