Situated in the suburbs of Ballarat, yet a short ten minute drive from the CBD and Sovereign Hill, and two minute drive from supermarkets and take away shops. There is plenty of entertainment in Pioneer Villa including a small air hockey table, an Xbox 360, Netflix and a 50 inch smart TV in the lounge room, toys and books for the children, board games (in the cupboard behind the kitchen under the bench), a TV with DVD player in the master bedroom, and a magnetic dart board.
