Now fully renovated, our guest suite features a marble bathroom with heated floor, comfortable seating and a desk area overlooking the street, full-length mirror with light, unique and quirky art that pays homage to the neighborhood history, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Important! Please note that it is necessary to climb one set of stairs to the guest suite, which is located on the 2nd floor of our townhouse. The two bedrooms are towards the back of the house behind a hallway and a second door (providing extra privacy and soundproofing): one bedroom with a king sized bed and large closet, the other with a queen-sized bed. The modern kitchen features full-size, stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, with all the cooking utensils you need. The fully marble bathroom features a deep soaking bathtub, powerful shower head, heated floor and heated towel rack. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hallway of the home, which you are welcome to use any time. In the living area, there's a great entertainment system (flat screen TV with cable TV channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime free to use by guests) and a desk by the window.
