Centrally located between Long Jetty and Shelly Beach. Welcome to our sunny studio. Perfect for couples, where you can relax in a quiet, safe space. Enjoy the local beaches, lake walks, cafes and golf club nearby. The studio is located at the back of our home but has its own private entry on the side street. You don't need to interact with us unless you choose to. We are here if you need anything.

We would gladly stay here again. The studio was perfect for our weekend away and felt more spacious than it appears in the photos. The studio was very well presented, clean and comfortable with lots of natural sunlight. Leisa is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Leisa’s place. The place felt right like home. Leisa has done a great job to keep the place looking clean and fresh. We found all the basic items needed at the right place. Reasonably priced. Higher recommended and shall definitely visit again.

Quiet, family friendly, residential neighbourhood. The golf club (and golf course) Shelly Beach, Toowoon Bay and Tuggerah Lake is an easy 10-15 minute walk.
Plenty of on street parking available. Bus stop very close if needed.
