We had a long stay, nearly a month. It was peak summer and Mysore was very hot. There was no AC as mentioned earlier. At our request they fitted AC which made life comfortable. Owners stay downstairs and aunty and uncle are very good mannered and always wanting to give useful tips. The entry to first floor is private.

Great cozy budget place. Was well maintained furnished, totally worth the money. One thing to look out for - Its on first floor, in case you have elder people.
