This property is stunning and just Newley refurbished, each room is tastefully decorated and immersed in art, each space is different and a pleasure to chill in with a great view of the city

Great location very close to the peace bridge. Walled City brewery is a stroll away. Handy parking. We'd happily return.
Felt very vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, we really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great, 15 minute walk into Derry. Great value for money!
Appartamento molto curato
Greg’s place is just like the photos. It’s great for 2-4 people & a small dog. While not the most picturesque area, it is an easy walk across the peace bridge and into Derry / the city walls. We had a car during our stay and left it parked at the apartment the entire time. I’m not sure we’ll ever visit Derry again simply because we saw everything on our list but if I happen to find myself back there I would definitely consider Greg’s place & would recommend it to friends. It is a great value for the price.

perfectly tucked behind Ebrington square and the peace bridge, we are beside the waterside theatre and 5 min walk to st Columbs park. there is lots of take aways, shops and bars nearby again about 5 min walk, this is a perfect getaway and quiet area to relax and chill after a day or night in the city.
very easy to get around I can provide a driver if needed but really this location is perfect if you fancy a walk in and around the city, it is perfect and so close to everything but just tucked away enough for chilling out.
