Our character apartment is located at the entrance of this picturesque village, offeriing a delightful escape for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the Wine Tram and lovely mountains. Only 5 minutes walk to the center of town and 2 minutes to the Tram Station. The true location is indicated for convenience -please check. A charming, relaxed space for those not in search of a staged hotel room but to have their own space. A comfortable and relaxed self-catering apartment with a large balcony overlooking the famous Franschhoek Wine Tram and beautiful mountains. Your parking Bay is in front of the wooden door and lockbox downstairs. You will enter through a wooden door to go upstairs to the first floor and lovely balcony. There is another apartment next door that will use the same entrance. The well equipped kitchen has a Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, gas stove and all needed for self catering. The dining area and lounge is open plan and has an air-conditioner to be comfortable during the hot summer months as well as cold winter's days. The sofa bed is in this open place lounge. TV with Netflix, WiFi and a few books available. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with built-in cupboards, large window (with a view) and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and loo and heated towel rail. Towels, quality body soap, conditioning hair shampoo, hand cream and hairdryer are available. A laundromat and supermarket is close by for your convenience. You will be at the entrance to the Village, but within walking distance (+-5min) to the famous main road, scattered with world class restaurants, shops, gym and laundry. The apartment is overlooking the famous Wine Tram station for ease of exploring our many beautiful wine estates without having to drive. You will hear the tram and happy sounds of visitors having fun. The main security gate closes at 09:00pm, but a mobile phone in the apartment will allow you to enter later if necessary. A security guard is on duty at the gate 24hrs. There are some small businesses in Village Artisan (General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Security Company, Vet, etc) that are open during office hours during week days. Children are welcome, but please note the staircase to the balcony is not enclosed for little ones. Please read the House Manuel in the apartment, but you are welcome to ask questions anytime if you need help. Our apartment is perfect for those in search of comfort with a touch of character in a relaxed space to enjoy the countryside!
