Eich was kind and informative. The room we were assigned ended up being one very small room with a door that connected to the main room. It wasn't an ideal set up for our family, and I didn't understand that we'd have two separate rooms. We liked eating at Tropics beach grill. While the parking cost was horrendous, the location was great for local bus route and the Friday evening fireworks.
This apartment is a timeshare in the Hilton Waikiki Village Lagoon Tower. It is a very nice resort with beautiful pools and beach access. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 6. The only con was that on Saturday everyone checks out at the same time so the elevators are really jammed up. This isn't a problem of the host, but the hotel should learn to stagger checkouts etc. to make the process easier. Cleaning service is provided once a week but we were able to request towels and dish soap etc. throughout the week.
Very smooth check in and stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Eich kept checking if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend it.
