Felt right at home at Kate's - always a friendly reception
Kate was a very welcoming and lovely host. Have nothing had to say about the experience staying there. Would definitely book again if I need to stay in the area.

My 4th stay at Kate's, loved the room on the 1st floor with bathroom next to it, quiet and comfortable, handy tea and coffee facilities, easy check in and out, walking distance to The Springs shopping centre and bus stop to Leeds city centre. Planning to stay again. Thanks, Kate!
Great place and a great host

Set in a new housing estate with direct access to the M1. Right next door to The Springs, Thorpe Park which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cinema, gym, M&S Food hall and business park. 6 minute drive to a number of other supermarkets.
Free parking and instant access to the M1 and Leeds Orbital Route.
To get to Leeds city centre:
It is about 12-15 minutes by car or taxi. There is a regular bus service from The Springs (every 15 minutes) to Leeds Bus Station in 20-25 minutes.
The closest train station to me is Crossgates Train Station which is about a 30-40 minute walk then a train time of under 10 minutes to Leeds Train Station.
