Amazing views. Great facilities, Kitchen was well equipped. My daughter loved the kids room and secret reading nook. Only negative the pillows were very low grade and uncomfortable. The attitude of relaxaway during the checkout ruined what was otherwise a great stay. We wanted to stay an additional night but weren’t able to extend our airline tickets so were left scrambling with packing last minute. We had requested instructions on how to return the keys and request for slightly later check out the night before but got no specific response from relaxaway until the next morning. Since the property wasn’t rented the next day we were hoping they would let us stay a just additional hour or two but they declined citing cleaners schedule. When the cleaner arrived we requested him and even paid him small amount to swap the cleaning and he was fine with it. But the relaxaway guy yelled at my husband and asked us to vacate the property as though we were intruders - totally unacceptable!

This property in Queenstown was an absolute dream- we didn’t want to leave! The property was as described in the listing and had everything we needed. We loved the view, heated floors, and hot tub. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Something to consider- the gravel driveway is quite steep so an AWD rental car could be beneficial depending on the time of year.

Fabulous view, nice and clean house. Everything is provided by house holder. We are very happy with our journey in the Queenstown.
