This apartment is a great place to stay in Rome! It’s in a very convenient location with great food and shopping near by. It’s an extremely safe part of the city and it was easy to grab a taxi or the metro every day. The apartment is actually better than the pictures, I felt the bathroom and bedroom were even bigger. Marco and Serena were friendly and gave very clear instructions - we had no issues. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay and enjoy Rome!

Pros: - Hosts were very responsive and kind - Location is fantastic - Easy to find and check in - The apartment is beautiful and the photos are accurate Cons: - This is out of the host’s control but the upstairs neighbors have an extremely loud sound system for their TV and the base can be felt in the bedroom below. On 2 of our nights here they had the TV on until nearly 1am making it very difficult to sleep. Serena reached out to them and it ended a little earlier on the other 2 nights but even during the day and evening it was unpleasant to be in the space because it was so loud. - Hot water. Twice we were unable to shower because there was no hot water. Both times they were responsive and it was fixed within an hour but when you are on a short trip that is precious time lost. - Mold/shower. There was a significant amount of mold in the bathroom, particularly in the shower. We could smell it when walking into the apartment. The shower head was also broken.

Serena and Marco’s place was an amazing location for exploring Rome, very central. This air bnb would have been perfect except for two major issues. 1. The neighbors have a very loud stereo system and they play the radio blasting all evening, every single night we were there past 11pm. 2. The shower did not reliably have warm water and the shower head was not well attached the wall/would fall off. Otherwise the place was great!
