The Loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;) The loft is ideal for travellers who wishes to know the real Mexico! Totally equipped with: a king size bed (200 x 200 cm/6,56 x 6,56 in), fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with rain shower, smart TV, working table in case you need (don’t forget you are on holiday) and a balcony to enjoy the morning or the evening. The loft is at 2nd ground floor of a three story building.

My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed our stay at Hola Donceles. The studio is in a small neighborhood in the heart of Cancun and not super touristy but very safe. All of the locals in the area were super friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean. We enjoyed getting to take a dip in the rooftop pool which had a great view of Cancun. The building itself was super accessible by car. We were easily able to get transfers from the airport with the company recommend by the host and were able to call Ubers to go everywhere else for super low cost. There is a good Italian themed restaurant just downstairs. There is also a bar downstairs that both tourists and locals gathered at at night to enjoy some music and conversation and street food was available. This was a great stay & was very budget friendly. We were able to get a more authentic stay in Cancun for an amazing price. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Cancun!
this place was absolutely beautiful and matched the description and photos. everything was very clean and they had all necessities. the location was easy to find. it is not in a tourist area but it made that a fun stay to experience the culture. Many stores to grab food or locals were close by. I definitely recommended this place and will be back again!
It’s a nice apartment in a very local area. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and a local resort strip. Bit off from main strip cancun, but overall good for the price and a quick stay. Also located in good distance to the airport.
I loved everything about this stay! It’s in an older part of Cancun, more locals and very quiet. Minutes away from the hotel zone and also around the corner from the ferry to Isla Mujeres! The host was very responsive and gave very detailed information in regard to getting there and more. Will book again!!

“Donceles” is a family neighbourhood of working people, don’t be deceived by appearances. Walking by you’ll find a lot of murals made by local and international artists, local restaurants and even chef’s restaurant.
You can easily reach by walking the ferry to Isla Mujeres and Puerto Juarez beaches.
The loft is located near the 2 main roads of Cancun, it’s really easy to use public transport to get to supermarkets, malls, artisans markets, restaurants and the Hotel Zone.

- 25-30 minutes from Cancun’s airport (outside the city).
- 11 minutes by car to the city center.
- 10 minutes by car to the Hotel Zone.
- 4 minutes by car / 17 minutes by feet to Puerto Juarez port to Isla Mujeres.
- 8 minutes by car to the supermarket "Walmart Express".
- 6 minutes by feet to local market of Donceles.
- 6 minutes by feet to the bus stop (you can get here a bus to the hotel zone or to the city center).
