Enjoy this newly renovated home with great lighting and blackout curtains for privacy. Welcome to your home away from home in East Brooklyn. Located in central brooklyn on a beautiful tree lined block, two minute walk to the L train, this home offers two bedrooms, one bath, a spacious living room with an L shaped couch, along side a bright and stocked kitchen. The space is in close proximity to JFK airport, less than 22 minutes away and only 30 minutes away from downtown Brooklyn and attractions such as the Barclays Center. I do live in the house but do not use the suite when I have guests and I have a totally separate entrance. Please note: NYC home sharing laws no longer allow for guest reservations of more than two guests per reservation. Please direct message me with any questions about your stay needs. I am newly licensed with the city of NY to operate as a short-term rental (OSE-STRREG-0012516). The modern, newly renovated space is equipped with a Samsung smart TV in the living area and high speed internet throughout the entire space. Both bedrooms present with mounted Roku TVs, which allow you to add the streaming service of your choosing. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom hosts a queen sized bed with plenty of natural light and also black out curtains. This bedroom also offers a designated work station for the professionals that work from home or choose to sit at a desk. You will find extra pillows and sheets in the closet along with a steamer and plenty of hangers. The bathroom has all the necessary essentials such as hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It will be well stocked with plenty of toilet paper as well. This modern newly renovated kitchen has a ton to offer. Including a electric kettle, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, silverware, spices, and complimentary tea and coffee.

My friend and I had a great stay at Jaleels. Very cozy home. I love the added double doors of security and cameras on the outside of the place as added security. Even with it being a block from the L, it was very quiet and didn’t disrupt my sleep. Love that each room had a tv with Roku and apps available. We didn’t have to reach out to Jaleel for much of anything but when we did he was always available and stayed very friendly. I think there’s two other units in the building but we never heard them. Please don’t let the neighborhood discourage you. The people on the block we encountered were very friendly. The area is a more mixed urban community but everyone typically minded their own business and some have hellos and greetings.
It’s a very convenient location, less than 5 mins walk to the L train. Host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed. I strongly recommend this place.
The place was exactly what the pictures described. The space was clean and comfortable. Our host would check in and make sure we had everything we needed. It was convenient to get around due to its closeness to a subway station. Overall, a great stay!
Great spot. Jaleel’s place was as described and accurately priced. Very clean and had all of the amenities we needed - especially appreciative of the laundry! Jaleel was incredibly kind and prompt in communication. It’s out of the way of main Brooklyn and NYC attractions but that wasn’t our agenda. Would stay again. Thanks Jaleel!
Jaleel's home has a really beautiful look to it from the moment you walk in. There are personal touches everywhere that indicate a lot of thought was put into its presentation. It was super comfortable, with a big couch, multiple quality mattresses and a great washer/dryer machine. The bathroom was nice too. Jaleel is a gracious host with a beautiful home. I'd definitely stay here again.

Lively neighborhood with tons to do. Explore shopping at Gateway Center less than 15 minutes away. Countless restaurants offering a wide range of different cultures. Plenty of transportation options to access other parts of New York. Great number of parks for bike riding, jogging, and plenty of other activities.
The house is located in the East Brooklyn area. The house is 5.5 Miles away from JFK Airport, which is a 15-20 minutes commute. The house is also 7 miles away from Laguardia Airport, which is about a 30 minute commute.
There are also plenty of train options close to the residence.
- The L-Train is less than a 5 minute walk away (New Lots Station)
- The 2,3, & 4 train is 0.6 miles away (Pennsylvania Avenue Station or Junius St)
- The A-Train is 0.7 miles away (Euclid Avenue station)
Downtown Brooklyn and The Barclays Center is about 20 minutes away from the house. Free on street parking is available.
