I have not had great airbnb experiences the last few years but Marianas place was SO different from that! I felt so taken care of, so comfortable and had a great two nights of rest. The place was exactly as advertised and the reviews were also accurate. My sister lives about 15 minutes away and we are going through a family loss right now so being able to come back to somewhere that felt comfortable and like home was super needed. Thank you Mariana!

The duplex is well located with access to all required amenities, shops, museums and other tourist attractions around the Richmond area. The house itself is well maintained, clean and above all Mariana was very proactive in her communication and also very responsive to any queries. Definitely recommend this place.
Mariana’s place was great for our long weekend to visit our daughter. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit and the neighborhood is quiet. The place was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely be renting again!

Friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to various parks. Check out Forest Hill Park and the many trails along the James River that take you right into the City!
GPS will take you to the front of the house. While back alley parking is reserved for Unit 1, you’re welcomed to park anywhere along the street.
