The sunroom opens to the dining and kitchen areas where there is a large eating table including bar seating. To the left of the kitchen is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. To the right of the kitchen/living area are two bedrooms with an adjoining half bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 doubles. They both have TVs. A beachfront sundeck with built in seating and ocean views is accessed from the sunroom. There are two outdoor showers underneath the house. One shower is an enclosed full show with hot and cold water. The other is a rinse off shower for guests to rinse off after leaving the beach.
