Private lower floor of townhouse located within seconds of highway 66 and route 7, few miles from highway 495. < 2 miles from west falls church metro stop (easily accessible by bus) for access to downtown DC. Great spot if traveling for work in the Tyson’s/N. Virginia area. Space is no frills, includes memory foam bed and sitting area. Private full bathroom. Access to washer & dryer and full kitchen. Cable TV available in the main living room. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Drugstore brand shampoo/conditioner available. Guest area includes a sitting area/couch and full size bed. Overhead lighting and a few lamps. Large closet with hangers and a dresser. Small desk is stored in the closet and can be used for work/as an additional surface.

This was one of the easiest stays I've ever had. The price of the stay was reasonable but there was no sense of sacrificing much for it. Allison was very flexible (allowing us to check in a little earlier than expected), responsive, and provided everything we needed. We never had the pleasure of meeting but there was no need to; the room was well-stocked with blankets, pillows, toiletries, potable water, and it had accessible closets and a clean bathroom. There were never issues with parking. All-in-all I'd be pleased to come back and very likely will the next time I'm in town.
The place was really clean and easy to help. Instructions on check-in and parking were very clear. The marked parking was taken but was able to easily find the parking in the same parking lot.
Alison was an amazing host! Her space was perfect for me and my best friend! great distance to city.

Safe walking distance to grocery (Whole Foods or Trader Joes), a few restaurants (Thai, Pizza, Chinese, Mediterranean), a few coffee shops.
Accessible by Orange line metro, then one stop on the metro bus, then a short walk.
