We loved our stay at Joanne’s place! The hot tub was in such a beautiful, scenic spot on the river and felt so private. The house itself had everything we could have needed or wanted and was so cozy; we felt right at home! Loved the walkability into Dexter and an easy 20 minute car ride into Ann Arbor. Thank you for your hospitality!

My best friend and I chose Joanne’s property to celebrate our birthdays. It did NOT disappoint. The place: I’ve never been in an airbnb where I just felt right at home until Joanne’s airbnb. It was insanely clean - especially with how original the home is. You can tell she and her partner truly care about the preservation of the home as well as guest experience. Outside the home is equally comfortable and well thought out. Both beds were new, and VERY supportive and comfortable. We both slept so well! The extra pillows on the bed were much appreciated :) The view was also spectacular! The hosts: Joanne went out of her way to give us a fantastic experience. When we arrived we were greeted with a birthday card, a large slice of chocolate cake, and a bottle of wine. There were also snacks, and a stocked pantry, even a head of fresh garlic! Joanne was very communicative throughout our entire stay. We will be back! - Josie & Christina

My family (3yo + infant) loved our winter stay! We used Ron and Joanne's place a home base as we explored the Ann Arbor area, and they had a robust set of local suggestions for exploring Dexter, which we loved as well. Ron and Joanne were incredible hosts for us, going above and beyond, including moving all the cleaning products out of the reach of little hands before we arrived. We're definitely eager to return when the weather is a little warmer to take advantage of the patio and river access, but found it a peaceful, comfortable spot even in the off season.

This was one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed it. It was certainly one of the cleanest. Joanne and Ron go above and beyond for their guests, providing snacks and other little touches that made the place incredibly comfortable. The location on the river was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife and the river from the hot tub. It was such a relaxing and comfortable stay and not far from many great places in Dexter and Ann Arbor. We will be back in the summer for sure!
