This place is awesome for long or short stays. Families will love staying here. My kids loved to watch the turkeys and deer walking outside. It is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The host was always very friendly and accommodating. Great communication! Highly recommend.

Our family of five stayed at Charles’s place for two weeks while displaced from our home due to a water pipe break. The stay was a terrific value. Charles and Roxy clearly have an attention to detail and want guests to have a great experience. The place was incredibly clean with new major appliances throughout. They left behind all sorts of fun games, toys, and puzzles for our kids. Great use of simple technology for accessing things like the garage door, front door, and TV. Good location with easy access to west Ann Arbor and highways (though it can sneak up on you on a fast moving road). We would recommend to friends visiting the area.

This was a great house for 2 families to stay while we were visiting our brother in Ypsilanti. The house was very clean and neat, recently updated, and was just as listed- lots of amenities! Beds were comfy, huge refrigerator, lots of parking space in the driveway, and they even welcomed our dogs! Although it rained every day we were there (in December) and we didn’t spend time outside, the yard and deck look very inviting. The house is close to anything you want to do in Ann Arbor and also just a short drive to Ypsi. Charles and Roxie were great hosts and quickly responded to any questions we had! We had a great time- Thank you Charles and Roxie!!
