We enjoyed our stay here during our trip to Ann Arbor! This house is super spacious, and clean! It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and campus! The only thing we didn’t like was the camera that was pointed right at the hottub. We were a group of girls, and it made us feel super uncomfortable! Other than that, it was a perfect location if you are visiting Ann Arbor!

We couldn't have been more happy with Jonathan's place. It was close to restaurants and downtown. The house was very clean, the kitchen was filled with what we needed, and the property felt private. Would definitely stay at again!

I would highly recommend renting this beautiful and very spacious home. My son was admitted to Mott's Children Hospital and we were on day 32, when my sister drove across state to surprise us by staying with my son so we could get a weekend of rest. We booked at the last minute, and Jonathon was quick to respond and have the place ready. The house is beautiful, exactly as described, and has everything you need and more. Jonathon messaged us the morning after we checked in to make sure things were going well and to see if there was anything we needed. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to U of M, the hospitals, great restaurants etc. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the house has everything their guests would need while staying there. The layout is wonderful and allows for lots of space.

We stayed here with our children and 2 small grandchildren and were able to share the Christmas celebration hosting with our local daughter, son-in-law, and their little ones. The house is PERFECT, lots of space and well-appointed. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub but the energy to change into swimsuits flagged by the children’s bedtimes. Love the huge mudroom for storing jackets, hats, mittens, shoes, & boots! Great playroom in the basement! We set up a portable gymnastics mat and Brio train tracks. Plenty of plates, bowls, drink ware, and eating utensils. I even prepared stovetop Christmas cookies with the equipped kitchen! We were fortunate to be able to check in early so as to grocery shop before the California family arrived. Deeply appreciate that generous flexibility and Jonathan’s hospitality and responsiveness. Highly recommend, and hope to return this summer!
